Consulting expertise is based on experiences acquired as a United States Postal Inspector on a Workplace Violence Interdiction Team. Currently advise, consult, and coach manufacturing, processing, production, and utility business leaders, and other decision-makers providing experienced-centered, knowledge-based solutions on how best to protect the workforce against the threat of workplace violence and the employer against the threat of civil liability allegations in training, security, and management resulting from workplace violence. Providing high-level advice; assist in helping them roll out customized policies, plans, procedures, and design training that is workforce and worksite specific. Supporting the employer at Arbitration, EEO, Merit System Protection Boards Hearings, and criminal and civil liability law suites.
