Consulting Experience

I am a blockchain security evangelist with over 30 years of security experience with the U.S. Army, U.S. Department of State, University of Washington and as a private consultant. My focus is on blockchain security applications. As a Diplomatic Security Service Special Agent, I served at U.S. Embassies and Consulates around the world and as the State Department Liaison to the U.S. Marshals Service. I established the University of Washington’s international travel security program. I worked with the World Economic Forum on its Travel Initiative Working Group to shape the future of security in travel using of blockchain. My goals are to educate the public about the importance of blockchain, find new security applications for blockchain and work for international standards, regulations and laws for blockchain.
